Origin and plantation

The "Fazenda Jaguara" is located at around 1,150 metres above sea level and is run by a group of dedicated producers who place quality and sustainability at the heart of their priorities. Yellow Bourbon: a special variety

Yellow Bourbon is a rarer Arabica variety that owes its name to the bright yellow colour of the ripe coffee cherry. This variety is known for its natural sweetness, its mild acidity and its full body – perfect for lovers of balanced, accessible coffees.

Natural process / Natural method

The natural (unwashed) processing method means that the coffee cherries are dried whole in the sun before the bean is removed. This process enhances the sweetness and fruity notes of the coffee and gives it a full body and a rich finish.
