Description
This exceptional specialty Arabica coffee comes from the heart of Africa, from the hilly regions of Rwanda, where producer Kamina 490 grows quality coffee with passion and precision. The coffee is cultivated at an altitude of about 1,800 meters above sea level, providing ideal conditions for slow ripening and rich flavor development.
The variety used is Red Bourbon, a traditional and esteemed Arabica variety known for its balance between sweetness, freshness, and body. Grown at high altitude in Rwanda’s unique terroir, this variety gains refined complexity.
The coffee is processed using the washed process, where the pulp is completely removed and the beans are fermented and washed. This method ensures a clean cup with pronounced aromas and bright acidity.
