Description
The Colombia – Aristóbulo Rayo is an exceptional specialty Arabica coffee from the mountains of the Huila department, one of Colombia’s most renowned coffee regions. This coffee is produced by Aristóbulo Rayo, a skilled coffee grower known for his commitment to quality, precision, and sustainability.
The variety used is the world-famous Geisha (or Gesha), originally from Ethiopia. Geisha is globally recognized for its floral aromas, delicate body, and pronounced flavor complexity. It is one of the most sought-after and awarded coffee varieties in the world of specialty coffee.
The coffee is grown at an altitude of about 1,850 meters above sea level, which ensures slow cherry maturation and refined flavor development. The washed process perfectly highlights the clarity, elegance, and typical floral and citrus notes of the Geisha variety.
