All orders are shipped safely from Belgium. For delivery, we work with different courier companies depending on the type of order.

Products available for immediate purchase (“Buy Now”) are shipped directly from stock. Products not immediately available can be “reserved.” After receiving your order and payment, we prepare your order for shipment as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you will be notified by email.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Benelux (≤ 20 kg):

• For purchases under €100 (excl. VAT): shipping costs within the Benelux are €9 (excl. VAT, up to 20 kg).
• For purchases over €100 (excl. VAT): no shipping costs will be charged (≤ 20 kg).

Shipping within the European Union:
For deliveries within the EU, we work with DHL. Shipping costs vary per country (except for the Benelux, which has separate rates) and are calculated based on the delivery address and current DHL rates.

Worldwide shipping:
Outside the EU, we only deliver to countries actively serviced by DHL.
